RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without having to provide any reason.

How to Return a Product

Please notify us of your decision by email at contact@euroeclipseglasses.com before the end of the 14-day period. You must then return the product(s) in their original condition, complete and unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds for the products will be issued within 14 days from the date we recover the products or receive proof that they have been returned, using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@euroeclipseglasses.com. In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
